The hotel's rooftop onsen was fantastic, especially enjoying it while it rained. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro station and right in the center of everything. Also near a delicious bakery for breakfast. The room was very comfortable with a great AC system.

Can't fault anything about it.

Conveniently located near public transportation, this stylish option offers a great rooftop spa with indoor and outdoor hot springs segregated by gender. Rooms are cozy, clean, and well-equipped with daily clean pajamas and toiletries, and the staff is super accommodating and friendly. A variety of eateries and shops are within walking distance, and eco cleaning is an extra perk.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel had everything I needed as a business traveler and the staff were very accommodating. The spa was well maintained and a great place to relax. The rooms, although small, had a comfortable chaise-lounge by the window which I appreciated.

I felt very special during my stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

We chose this hotel due to its ideal location, just a short walk from the metro/subway stations. The rooms have all the essential amenities and are well-furnished. The staff were polite and the housekeeping staff was efficient and unobtrusive.

One drawback, however, was the lack of English-speaking personnel to assist with recommendations and queries.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved staying at this hotel! Its location is unbeatable, right across from our favourite Yakitori restaurant and just steps away from the subway. The service was outstanding, with excellent dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry amenities. Our room was cozy with seating areas and a trouser press, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and toiletries. The spa and wellness centre was a real treat, with a sauna, open-air bath, and massage available.

Highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay at Candeo Hotels! The room was new and clean, and the king bed was spacious and comfortable. The public bath was also clean and a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient, with the subway nearby and plenty of attractions and food options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, even accommodating our request for an early breakfast when we had to leave early for a day trip. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Candeo Hotels to our friends.

Great location near a convenient train station and in the heart of Roppongi. The hotel is clean and modern, with a good bed and a nice shower. The breakfast was decent.

The room was quite small, as expected in Japan, but the design made it uncomfortable for two people. There was insufficient storage space for clothes, forcing us to live out of our suitcases and making the room feel even tighter.
